Association Leadership
Our Association is headed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of residents from the Faircrest Neighborhood. Our incoming Board of Directors for 2025 includes:
- Katie Knill, President
- Max Magee, Vice President
- Mike Sracic, Secretary/Treasurer
- Chris Temme, Member at Large
The Association is guided by our Bylaws which were approved and effective as of December 10th, 2024.

The Association runs 100% on the generous time donated by our neighbors. We are currently looking to establish our core group of Block Captains to help our Association grow and include more folks from our neighborhood.
